These wok-fried broad noodles with Thai basil, tomatoes, onions, cabbage, egg and bell pepper.

Pad See Ew (Black Soy Sauce Noodles)
Broccoli, garlic and egg, all wok-fried with broad noodles and aged black soy sauce.

Northern Thai Style Noodles
Your choice of meat wok-fried rice noodles in thin soy sauce and cabbage. Top with crispy noodles.

Lad Nah (Gravy Noodles)
Broccoli, garlic with pan-fried noodles, swimming in a sweet soy sauce.

Sweet Chili Angel Hair Noodles
Wok-fried choice of meat in sweet chili paste. Served with angel hair rice noodles and steamed mixed vegetable.

*Hot and Sour Noodle Soup
This main course soup features rice noodles with shrimp and chicken in a spicy broth with mushroom, onion, lemongrass, galangal and tomatoes.

Pad Woon Sen (glass Noodles)
Glass noodles with your choice of meat, wok-fried in light soy sauce with onions, tomatoes, carrots and egg.

*Khao Sauy (Chiang Mai Noodles)
One of Chiang Mai’s well known dishes. This is found on restaurant menus and Hawker stalls. Serve with egg noodles, onions, cilantro and Asian shallots in the Northern style curry sauce.
