Our red curry is made from the finest dried long red chilies ground with fresh lemongrass and other exotic spices. Your choice of meat is slowly cooked in this wonderful sauce with bamboo shoots, sweet basil and bell pepper.
*Kang Keaw Wan (Green Curry)
Spicy green curry made from ground fresh Thai green chilies, coconut milk and spices.
Simmered with eggplant, zucchini, sweet basil and bell pepper.
*Kang Karee (Yellow Curry)
This Southern Thai curry is painstakingly blended from fresh turmeric, ginger and rare Far East spices, creating its color and mellow flavor. Your choice of meat, potatoes, onions, pineapple and edamame are simmered slowly in Thai classic.
